April
The founder, Mr. Ichii Kitahara, began manufacturing air horns and magnetic valves for the first time in Japan.

Relocated the headquarters and factory to Hachioji, Tokyo. Capital at 20 million yen.

Established the affiliated company "Kentac Corporation."

Established the overseas production subsidiary "HKT Philippines Inc."
